I am not much of a cook, but reading this cook book made my mouth start to water and the more great recipes I ran across, the more I wanted to go to the kitchen and try them. This book "delivers" exactly what the title says. I was impressed with the clear instructions without unnecessary comments and filler. I would recommend this book to everyone that cooks.The medical book for the epidemic of obese people at Understanding Diabetes Type 2: Recipes & Exercise Plans for the Newly Diagnosed (Physician Support Guides)supports this book. If you know someone that may be diabetic this may save their life.

This is a very well written cookbook. It contains mouth watering chicken recipes that not only taste great, but also very healthy and nutritious.
The best aspect that I like about this cookbook is the variety of cuisine that it offers. I prefer recipes that have more spices and flavors and this offers several of those.
If you are seeking healthy food but don't want to compromise of taste, you just found it !
This book has 20 good chicken recipes that should keep me busy in the kitchen for some time to come. As the primary cook in our family, I am always looking for new things to do with chicken, as we tend to eat a lot of it since the kids won't eat too many other meats. I especially liked the Honey Glazed Chicken recipe.
I do not recommend this book. Although some of the recipes sounded good and are low in calories, most are very high in sodium. While this is not a problem for many people, the sodium content makes most of these recipes unhealthy for anyone with high blood pressure
I enjoyed this cookbook since it gives me more ways to cook my favorite type of protein -- chicken! This book has a variety of recipes including cooking tips and nutritional information. I find the nutritional info helpful because as I get older I'm starting to watch what goes into my body.
My only quibble is I would have liked to see some pictures of the chicken dishes in the book, because I find that is a good motivator to encourage me to actually prepare them. I haven't tried all the dishes yet, but I look forward to giving them a try.
